Shipping and Delivery Policies
- Travelpro Luggage only ships within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Standard Ground service is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping fees may apply when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders must meet minimum purchasing requirements to qualify for free shipping.
- Currently orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Travelpro® company holidays
- Expedited Orders must be received by 11:00am EST for same day shipping. This includes FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day Shipping, and FedEx Priority Overnight.
- You will have the option to “upgrade” your shipping method for faster service levels at the time of checkout.
- You will be notified and provided tracking information via e-mail once your order has shipped.
- We make every effort to ship all of your items at the same time. However, there are times that your order may get shipped at multiple times or from different fulfillment centers causing us to send you multiple packages. If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Travelpro® is not responsible for shipping carrier performance or poor weather conditions which result in delivery delays.
- NOTE: We do not offer expedited service for weekend delivery. Orders placed on Friday (next day air) will be delivered on Monday
