If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, TravelproLuggageOutlet.com offers you the option of an exchange or refund within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hang tags still affixed to the product as delivered.
To initiate a return request, please contact our Customer Service via email at consumersupport@travelpro.com. Please copy and paste the following template w/ the correct order number in the Subject Line:

Return Instructions:
A.) Note: If you are returning multiple item(s), it is important you process a separate return for each item(s) to generate all labels required. This will help expedite the refund process.
B.) Please note: You should expect to see a credit for your purchase within 30 days of the receipt of your return in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase. For more information please review our return policy, click here.
C.) Please note, any shipping costs for shipping label(s) and shipping material(s) are at the expense of the shipper. Travelpro® does not cover these charges, however, Travelpro® offers free shipping on any orders shipped to the customer(s). Travelpro® is not responsible for shipping carrier performance or poor weather conditions which result in delivery delays.
Refund Policy:
Used products are non-refundable. Refunds are processed 10-14 business days upon receiving returned item(s). In most cases, our refund process may take up to 3-5 business days to fully process.
An email confirmation is generally sent confirming your orders refund has been processed.
***All refunds are applied to the original form of payment that was originally used for the purchase. Please consult with your financial institution to verify fund(s) availability.***
