RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, TravelproLuggageOutlet.com offers you the option of an exchange or refund within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hang tags still affixed to the product as delivered. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
Used products are non-refundable. Products damaged during use and covered by warranty are handled ONLY by calling the Customer Service Department at (800) 257-0285.
You will be refunded the price paid for the merchandise, including any applicable sales taxes. Once we receive your returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed once received. As credit card companies vary on credit processing time, please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Return merchandise you wish to EXCHANGE using our mail return process. Exchange items will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please go to our website and place a new order. Our customer service team does not have the ability to order new item(s) on your behalf. A new order must be placed on the website.
- Once you have ordered the new item(s) on our website, please call customer service at (800) 257-0285 and provide them with the new order number ID and an exchange shipping label will be provided.
- If you are not reordering and item, and wish to return it, you are responsible for returning the bag for credit.
